Rob Noonan — Career Advisor & Founder

Rob Noonan is a career advisor, educator, and founder of Third Act Advisors, where he helps individuals navigate career transitions with direction and confidence. He teaches job search strategy, LinkedIn positioning, and interview preparation as an adjunct instructor at College of DuPage, working directly with students and adults re-entering the workforce.

He brings real-world insight into how hiring decisions are made, having hired extensively as a senior sales leader and worked at one of the nation's oldest outplacement firms, Challenger, Gray & Christmas. He is also the author of Kitchen Table to Launch and is focused on helping graduates enter the job market prepared, confident, and opportunity-ready.
